POST-REHAB CLASSES

What happens when you are “recovered” from an injury, but still aren’t back to 100%? Enter the post-rehab programs: designed for anyone recovering from an injury, whether at our clinic or somewhere else, and custom-built to get you back to being even better than you were before your injury.

GENERAL AND SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS

If you want to get stronger, faster, or just generally more robust, these programs are for you. Workouts are tailored as needed to accommodate for injuries and sport- or activity-specific needs.

Classes can be built around specific goals, including strength gains, weight loss, or improved endurance; and/or around performance in a particular activity or sport, like soccer, skiing, running, Jiu-Jitsu, or hockey.

HOME-BASED STRENGTH AND MOBILITY PROGRAMMING

If you are looking for ways to maintain or improve upon strength and/or mobility from the comfort of your home, this is the programming you are looking for! Exercises are tailored to the individual needs and goals of each person, whether you are rehabbing from an injury or looking to stay healthy, this is a great program for you.

We will work with your equipment and space availabilities to create a program that will make you stronger, improve your mobility, and help you achieve your fitness goals!
