Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans and will submit claims through our electronic billing system. Please feel free to reach out with any specific insurance questions you may have.

What should I do before my first appointment?

We will send you some paperwork to fill out - please either fill it out and email it back to us or bring it with you to your appointment. Then, feel free to check out our staff page, our clinic journal, and our Facebook page for more information about us and how we operate.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out paperwork and change, if needed. We request that you wear comfortable clothing so our therapists are able to complete a thorough evaluation. Appointments typically last between 45-60 min, but we are happy to accommodate any time constraints you may have.

Do I need a prescription to come to physical therapy?

Colorado is a “direct access” state, which means that patients are not legally required to get a prescription before starting physical therapy. However, some insurance companies require you to have a prescription, referral, or other authorization before starting physical therapy. Your insurance provider can tell you which you need, if any; we also can call your insurance provider for you if you provide us with your information.

What services do you provide?

Our clinicians use a diverse set of tools and skills to meet their clients’ needs. When appropriate, your therapist may recommend and provide joint mobilization/manipulation, soft tissue manipulation, functional dry needling, or modalities (including electrical stimulation); however, all of these are intended to improve your readiness to move and do not constitute a complete plan of care. Ultimately, or goal is to help you become stronger, more robust, and more resilient, so a large part of our practice focuses on tailored exercise prescription. We use a variety of programs, from resistance to agility training, isometrics to plyometrics, bands to barbells to help you accomplish your goals.
