Fueling Forward was created by athlete and Registered Dietitian, Maddie Alm. She is a Colorado native and Monarch High School alumna, All-American runner from the University of Colorado- Boulder, and 2x USA Championships qualifier. Her passion for sports nutrition began when changing her nutrition led to drastic improvements in her performance. Maddie believes taking the time to properly fuel yourself is key for optimizing training and recovery. Food is a tool that can help you achieve the results you've been striving for- you can't out-train a bad diet! She hopes to help other elite athletes learn how important it is to prioritize nutrition so they can reach their full potential. In addition to her role as a RD and professional runner, she serves as assistant cross country and track coach for Monarch High School.

Colorado Sports Physical Therapy is proud to partner with Fueling Forward to have another ally in our holistic approach to treating athletes of all ages and abilities. We look forward to working alongside Maddie on behalf of our respective clients to provide a high quality of collaborative care to our community.
